  2. When the rice is cooked, boil the chicken breast in 3 glasses of water with chicken broth. When they are cooked, take them out and add the chicken broth to the rice cooker. Continue cooking the rice. After an hour of cooking, the rice will be very thin. Add ginger, salt and pepper. Cook for ten minutes.
  3. When the chicken is cool enough, cut it into pieces. Now you can add the chopped chicken back into the broth or put it in a spicy bowl, as shown in the picture...
  4. Prepare the remaining spices. Sauté the onion, garlic and anchovies until they are ready. Boil a salted egg and finely chop the green onion. Divide the soup into separate containers and decorate with selected spices. Add chopped chili if desired. Enjoy!
