- If you used a quick pot to baptize, now press the yoghurt button. Increase the time to 12-14 hours. Time depends on where you are going. Here the flour melts in 12 to 14 hours.
- If you do not use the pot immediately, cover the pot and place the lamps in the oven (especially if they are left in a cool place). If you place it in a very hot place, leave the flour to rise on the table.
- After 14 hours, my flour is well kneaded. It grew in size, foam and foam.
- To test, you can throw a small drop of flour in a container of clean water. The flour must float, which means it is weakened. If not, it will take more time to ferment.
- Now you can use this edili dosa flour to make a soft edili and kunchi dosa!
- To make an edli, anoint a plate and then fill it with flour. Steam in a double boiler on high heat for 10-12 minutes or in a slow cooker for 13 minutes in a ventilated area (to steam in 1 cup of water). Please note that when the IP is in the ventilation area, the time will not be displayed, so please use an outside timer.
- Let it cool for a minute or two and remove the idle from the pan. Serve with sambar and coconut chowder.
- First 2 teaspoons of oil and cook over high heat. Bake for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, for about a minute until the color changes. Also add 1 tomato and continue cooking.
- Now add the mixed vegetables and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Also add 8 teaspoons turmeric, 8 teaspoons brown sugar, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 cup water. Mix well, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Now add 6 cups of tamarind extract and mix well.
- Cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes. Also add 1 cup tardala, water and mix well.
- Add 4 teaspoons of prepared lung powder. Cook for about a minute until the aroma is well absorbed. Add 2 tablespoons chopped greens and mix well.
