Measure out 1 tablespoon of garlic puree; add to a large bowl with the potatoes. Freeze the remaining garlic in an airtight container for another use.
  3. Add the milk, yogurt, salt and pepper to a large bowl with the potatoes. Beat with an electric hand mixer on medium speed for 3-4 minutes or until smooth. Stir in half the cheese. Pour the grated potatoes into the shell. Top with remaining cheese and paprika. Return the slow cooker potatoes to the pot. cover and simmer on high for 15 minutes or until cheese melts. Garnish with green onions.
