Ingredients and spices needed to prepare ribs, potatoes and corn in the slow cooker:

  1. ribs
  2. Then seasonings according to choice of rib/or roast
  3. Wash the potatoes and wrap them in aluminum foil
  4. Corn on the cob (can be used frozen)

Steps to prepare slow cooker ribs, potatoes and corn

  1. Pour a small amount of water into the slow cooker, just enough to cover the bottom
  2. Prepare the ribs, remove the membrane from the ribs and add spices, put in a slow cooker.
  3. Take a large piece of aluminum foil and place it over the ribs so that the potatoes and corn do not touch the ribs. How long the ribs are cooked depends on your schedule and how you want them done, 3-4 is an estimate)
  4. 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low are the approximate times for any slow cooker or slow cooker.
  5. If using the grill, add the barbecue sauce to the ribs and cook for an hour or more.
  6. Notes - Half of this rib is cut and the other half is cooked differently with sauerkraut at Kitspot or Foodie Ninja. Not everyone in my family likes sauerkraut.
