- 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated)
- 3/4 heads Parmigiano-Reggiano (freshly grated)
Steps to make Cheese Mashed Potatoes with Summer Wagyu Sausage

- Final steps Cover the tin with aluminum foil and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes. The sauce should be nice and have bubbles around the edges. Remove aluminum foil and cook uncovered for another 25-30 minutes.
