- Take Grice on the nose. Add yogurt to flour. Season with salt. Add a little water and mix well until the dough is smooth. Add ENO (fruit salt). Mix well.

- Grease a baking sheet with oil and pour the batter. Spread the dough evenly on the greased baking sheet.

- Sprinkle the dough with black pepper/red pepper.

- Prepare an Instant Pot for Steam. Add 2 cups of water to the inside of the pressure cooker.

- Dress and turn on the pan with the set on frying mode. As soon as the steam starts to flow, place a plate of dhokla on the stand.

- Cook for 15 minutes. Once the timer is off, release the pressure naturally for about 5 minutes.
- Remove residual steam manually. You can check the readiness of the jug by piercing it with a fork/knife.
- Remove the pan from the pan and let it cool until it hardens. You can cut the cake into cubes or diamonds before or after it has been forged and served on a plate. Serve the khatta dhokla with coriander chutney.
