  13. Grease a large bowl with oil and place the fermented dough next to the plate. Cover the bowl with cling film or a paper towel. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour or until the volume doubles.
  14. Place the pan in a preheated oven. Bake the cake at 180 degrees Celsius or 356 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes.
  15. Remove the plastic film. Whisk the flour lightly.

  18. Pour the flour into a greased mold. Close the lid and leave the button open.
  19. Open the lid to reveal the raised bread crumbs.

  22. Place all the bread on a greased baking sheet. Cover with a soft towel or plastic wrap and leave for a second time. This can take anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the weather and the altitude.
  23. Grease the rolls with milk or wax.
  24. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  25. Place the parchment paper on the bottom shelf of the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until the top is brown.
  26. When the brownies are slightly brown, cover with aluminum foil and continue baking.
  27. Remove the loaves from the oven and grease the hot brownies with the melted butter.
  28. Deliver immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
