Steps to Make Veg Taree
- I used a pressure cooker for this dish. Pour the oil. Add all the masala and chopped green chilies, ginger and garlic. Pack for a while. Add an onion. Boil briefly. Add the tomatoes.
- Add all the other vegetables. Mix well. Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes.
- Open and add the washed rice and flour. Add salt. Add a little water. Mix well. Close cover Stir gently after cooking. Serve with vegetables.
