- In a large, wide-mouthed bowl, strain the multi-purpose flour and semolina together. Add sugar, salt, milk, baking powder and two tablespoons of butter and mix well.
- Slowly add water in small portions and knead a soft and smooth dough.
- Cover with damp gauze and leave in a warm place for 3-4 hours.
- After a few hours you will see it rise, knead again until smooth.
- Divide the dough into small balls of the same size and use a wholesale to make a round cigar to make it a little thicker.

- Mix well and cook for a minute. Then add a soaking bath. Add water, cover.
- Cook over medium heat for 20-25 minutes. (If you use a quick cooker, cook by hand for 20 minutes.) Allow the pressure to drop, then open the lid.
- Mix with a spoon. Check the bath, it should be cooked and soft, not liquid. Check the consistency of the sauce. If the sauce is thin and juicy, allow it to simmer for a few minutes. If the sauce is too thick. Add a little water and cook for 2-3 minutes. mine was perfect for me, so I didn't add more water.
- Now add amxorian powder and mix. Finally, decorate the lobby with chopped coriander and serve.
