Peace be upon you all. Today I am going to show you how to make an original and award-winning pork recipe. This is one of my favorite places. It will be a little personal to me. It has a sweet smell and a sweet appearance.

As a chef, it is important to remember that everyone starts somewhere. I do not know anyone who would agree to sit down with a wooden spoon. Being a successful chef requires a lot of learning and there is always room for improvement. Inputs and spices for cooking pork;

  1. 4 kg pork or shoulder
  2. 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  3. 3 tablespoons salt
  4. 1 tablespoon ground mustard
  5. 1 tablespoon black pepper
  6. 1 tablespoon onion flour
  7. 1 tablespoon paprika
  8. 1/2 tablespoon garlic flour
  9. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  10. 1 glass of apple juice
  11. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire infusion
  12. 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
  13. 2 cups or the desired barbecue soup

Standards for minced pork

  1. Cut the fat from the roasted pork. Cut the whole into 4 parts.
  2. Add all the dried ingredients to a bowl and mix. Add the roasted pork to the bowl, making sure it is well covered.
  3. Add the pork to a 4-6 liter container or strainer and add the apple juice, orchids and liquid smoke.
  4. Cover and cook in a saucepan until cooked through - 8-10 hours on low, 5-6 hours on high heat. Immediately in the pan, make sure the lid does not come off, set it by hand for 45 minutes. If it is time to cook at the end of steam release, remove the lid when safe.
  5. Transfer the pork to a large bowl and cut between 2 forks. Add your favorite barbecue soup to taste. Or use slow oven juice - it tastes amazing!

In addition, as your experience and self-confidence increase, you will improve over time and adjust recipes according to your personal preferences. If you choose more or less ingredients or want a tasty or spicy recipe, you can easily make adjustments to achieve this goal. In other words, you can start preparing your food on time. And for starters this is not something you should definitely learn about basic cooking skills, but you should know that you have not mastered these basic cooking skills.
