  6. Heat non stick tawa.Gently place skewers on hot tawa and cook on low flame for 3-4minutes.Flip and again cook from another side on low flame for 3 minutes.
  7. Transfer in serving plate.Garnish with pomegranate and sprinkle some chaat masala on it.Serve warm!!
  8. My secret tip:Soal skewers in water for 2 hours.It prevents them from catching on heat.
