  5. Put the cooked vegetables in a large saucepan. Do not squeeze excess fat from vegetables. It should be cooked a little so that the meat does not stick to the pan. No need to take out the spoon or pour the oil into the pan. Only vegetable oil will do the trick.
  6. Add meat and potatoes to vegetables. Gently stir the browned meat, being careful not to break up the meat.
