Instructions for cooking potato soup with garlic and rosemary
- Cut potatoes to desired size (1 quarter or less depending on potato size). Try to even them out so they cook at the same speed.
- Chop the onion and chop the celery, leek and rosemary.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
