Grilled chicken gyros with Greek fries

Hello everyone, I hope you are having a great day today. Today I show you how to prepare a very special dish: the fastest homemade fried chicken gyros with Greek fries. One of my favourites. For my part, I take a slightly different approach. It seems fragrant and sweet.

When it comes to cooking, you have to remember that everyone starts somewhere. I don't know anyone who was born with a wooden spoon. There is a lot to learn and there is always room for improvement. When it comes to cooking, you should not only start with the basics, but also learn how to prepare fresh foods such as Chinese, Indian, Thai or Indian cuisine.

This means that at any point in your cooking cycles, there could be someone cooking better and/or worse than you. Remember that even the best of them have bad cooking days. There are many men and women who cook for different reasons. Some people cook to eat and survive, while others cook because they enjoy the whole process. Some cook in a depressed mood, others out of boredom. Whatever your goal in cooking or learning, you should always start with the basics.

For those looking to incorporate nutritious cooking habits into their daily routine, there are no additional resources to help you with these tasks. You can consult a qualified nutritionist so your healthcare provider can advise you, you can find all kinds of books on healthy eating, cooking and living in the public library, and the internet is a great source of content. The information includes a healthy lifestyle once and for all.

The taste of fried chicken gyros made with Greek puffed potatoes is influenced by many factors, from the type of ingredients and the selection of fresh vegetables to the way the dishes are prepared and cut. To get started with this recipe, you must first prepare a few ingredients. You can make Greek Fried Chicken Gyros in 17 ingredients and 12 steps. Here's how to assemble it for home use.

Air fresheners are used in this, although they can be washed or baked and then added to the pan.

ingredients

  1. 2-4 chicken breasts
  2. iceberg lettuce
  3. Tzatziki sauce (based on my homemade recipe)
  4. 1 medium onion
  5. 1 medium sized tomato
  6. 1 green pepper
  7. crispy cheese
  8. mozzarella cheese
  9. Salt:
  10. mint
  11. garlic flour
  12. olive oil
  13. food spray
  14. 2-4 red-brown potatoes
  15. dried oregano
  16. Greek marinade
  17. 1 medium lemon

How to make Greek Fried Chicken Gyros

  1. Place the chicken breasts in a ziplock bag or bowl and pour 3/4 of the marinade over them. Leave to marinate for 2 to 48 hours. The longer it is, the cuter it is.
  2. For the marinade, make tzatziki (recipe on my profile). If you are not working on the tzatziki, you can skip this step.
  3. Preheat grill to medium heat (approx. 375°F). Cut all the veggies and refrigerate until ready to assemble the filling.
  4. Drizzle with a little oil and place the chicken (upside down) on top. Cook for 15 minutes, then turn, add 1/2 of the remaining marinade and cook for another 10-15 minutes. The chicken is cooked at 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  5. When the chicken is done, cut the potatoes into chunks and place in a vented skillet. Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle evenly with salt, pepper, garlic and dried oregano.
  6. Boil and fry until brown. I bake them at 375-400 F for about 25 minutes.
  7. Drain the chicken, apply the rest of the marinade and let stand 5 to 10 minutes. While you rest, warm up your plate to hit the flatbread.
  8. Leave your tortillas the same (I use leftover garlic naan, but whatever you use will work). Heat both sides for a minute and get ready to assemble the wrap.
  9. Add foil and place over the tortilla (halfway up for easy wrapping).
  10. Cut the chicken meat and prepare all the internal parts for assembly.
  11. Slice desired amount of zucchini, then add chicken, greens, cheese, and feta. To garnish, slice a few lemon slices but drizzle some over the gyros. Wrap and place in a bowl for easy consumption.
  12. Pour some tzatziki into the bowl and set the potatoes aside. Serve immediately.

It's the small steps you can take to prepare healthy meals for your family that can be far more important than any other living thing. Before you know it, you may find that you all have more energy and a greater sense of well-being than you did before the diet change. If that's not enough inspiration, always look for a reason to shop for new clothes after losing a size or two.
