  3. Cut each pepper and add to the pan.
  4. Add marjoram, cumin, chilli powder and crushed garlic.
  5. Add coffee and a pinch of salt and rub the pan over the meat for 25 minutes to make the soup
  6. At the end of the cycle, give it a natural release for 10-20 minutes, then put it on low heat, add the beans, boil a little liquid and add the chilli.
  7. If possible, leave overnight and reheat to serve.
