Compared to chopped onion (if finely chopped onion is used, cook for only 3-4 minutes), grated onion should be cooked longer to eliminate the smell of raw materials. Do not rush, otherwise the curry will taste like raw onions
- Then add ginger garlic paste, green pepper and cook for 1 minute.
- Add tomato puree առ mix. Boil for 5 minutes.
- Then add spices: coriander, turmeric, Kashmir red pepper, black masala and salt.
- Stir and cook over medium heat until the oil comes out of the material, about 10 minutes. Generally, cook the tomatoes for about 15 minutes before adding the beans (one step, do not rush).
- Add the cooked beans with all their boiled water. I added a glass of water here. Mix well և lower the heat to medium.
- Let the curry cook for 20-30 minutes. Among other things, use a potato grinder to crush some nuts. This will make the curry thicker and thicker.
- Then, after boiling for 20-30 minutes, add the meta-oven. If you want, you can also add a little thicker cream (I did not add it if desired).
- I added 1/2 cup of water as it was thick enough to boil. You can adjust the thickness as desired.
