Recipe of Speedy Instant Pot French Dip

  3. Return the roast to the instant pan, cover and press to close the pressure relief valve. Press the meat/pan function and increase the time to 100 minutes.
  4. Let the steamer vessel normally go for 25 minutes, then turn the valve to release excess air pressure. Open the lid, transfer the roast to a serving plate and cut into pieces.
  5. Strain the liquid through a fine mesh sieve and serve hot with the sandwich soak.
  6. Place the oven on a rack and place the rolls on the baking sheet. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder and a pinch of cochineal salt, mix bread together and fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Toss meat into rolls and sprinkle with cheese. Bake and heat until cheese starts to melt. Optional: Add sandwich to freshly chopped parsley and serve with warm au juice.
